Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (US East Coast / EST Preferred)

Salary: USD $40-45k / CAD $50-65k per annum

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic marketer to join our expanding social impact led business to help support our growing team in North America and marketing and sales efforts to drive new business, nurture existing partnerships and enhance membership engagement.

Togetherall provides a peer-to-peer digital mental health support network. We harness the power of community combined with expertly moderated and facilitated forums to enable our members to get support, take control and feel better.   Our business model is B2B2C – paid for by commissioners and organisations but free to end users at point of need and access.

Field Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will work closely with the marketing team to spearhead data and analytics that deliver insight, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects and other marketing campaign initiatives. To be successful at this role, the candidate will need to an almost insatiable desire to learn and try new things, have excellent inter-personal and organization skills, and have regular interactions and communications with key stakeholders on the Marketing and Sales teams.

Togetherall operates in a matrix-style management structure working within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and eventually own more sophisticated data and analytics across the Go-To-Market organization to inform future initiatives and strategies that help grow the business.
  • Support Member Adoptions efforts as needed across the business
  • Support new client marketing implementation
  • Own Events: coordinate event attendance, collateral, attendees, comes, presentation slides, etc.
  • Sales material support including sell sheets, power-point presentations, other assets as needed
  • Own maintenance and organization of collateral assets and keeping them up-to-date and relevant
  • Produce weekly status reports as well as create/maintain calendar of activity and deliverables

Candidate Profile

Personal Attributes 

  • A highly enthusiastic and organized individual with the desire to be hands on and jump in 
  • Some experience within the analytics space a plus (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills is essential for this role 
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both internal and external 
  • Confident and self-disciplined – capable of working autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to adapt and pitch in when required
  • Authentic desire to be part of a fast paced, social impact business

General Experience

  • A solid grounding in a marketing focused role with at several years experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing cross departmental projects
  • Experience supporting strategic marketing initiatives
  • Relationship building experience with internal and external teams
  • A Digital health or Higher Ed background would be a plus, although not essential

  • This role will be fully remote set-up as we currently do not have an office in the US. Prefer EST work schedule and should be flexible to working in a global team where meetings with the UK will be required.
